BEER PONG

Terms

Last updated 11 September 2026

Beer Pong is provided by Happenings Group A/S, CVR 40979956, Klostergade 56B, ST., 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. Using the app means agreeing to this page.

Your profile

You pick a handle. Keep it civil — we can rename or remove a handle that is abusive, impersonates somebody, or exists to advertise something. Your profile is public; see Privacy.

The leaderboard

Results you report are taken on trust, which only works if people are honest about them. Reporting games that did not happen, or scores that were not the scores, is the one thing that spoils this for everybody else. We may remove results, reset statistics or close an account that does it.

Drinking

The app is a game about beer pong. It does not require anybody to drink anything, it does not sell alcohol, and it is meant for people who are old enough to buy it where they live. Look after yourself and the people you are playing with.

What we promise

Not very much, honestly. The app is provided as it is. We try to keep the servers up and the data intact, but this is a beer pong leaderboard and we are not going to pretend it comes with an uptime guarantee. We are not liable for anything that follows from using it, to the extent the law allows us to say so.

Ending it

Delete the app whenever you like. To remove your profile and history as well, see Privacy. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.

Law

Danish law applies, and the courts of Aarhus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not take away rights you have where you live.
