Common things

I cannot sign in

Sign-in is by handle with no password. Check the spelling — handles are all lower case, letters, numbers and underscores. If your handle has gone, email us.

My result did not appear

The game never waits on the network, so a result thrown while the connection was down is dropped rather than queued. If it keeps happening, tell us.

Delete my account

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. If you have already deleted the app, email legal@happenings.dk with your handle. See Privacy for what gets removed.

Report a handle or a picture

Email support@happenings.dk with the handle. We look at all of them.
